1. How long will my order take to arrive?


We process all orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days, depending on your location.


2. How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can use that to monitor your delivery.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?


Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations across India.


4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?


Yes! Cancellations are available between 15 to 30 days, depending on the product purchased. Please email us at urbanzing.online@gmail.com with your order ID to request a cancellation. Make sure to reach out before the item is shipped.


5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

6. Do you accept returns?
