By shopping with Urbanzing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2-4 days. Delivery takes up to 15 days from the date of order.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues — we appreciate your patience.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• No returns for size issues, change of mind, or delayed shipping.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Privacy Policy

• Your data is safe with us. We collect only essential info to process and ship your orders.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
